TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EVENTS

Ticket Sales and Refund

All ticket sales are final. Once purchased, tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, unless the event is canceled or postponed by Rhythm & Pulse due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government regulations.

If any event is canceled by Rhythm & Pulse, we will fully refund the order/tickets. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Event Cancellation and Postponement
In case of a cancellation due to reasons beyond the control of Rhythm & Pulse (e.g., fire , flood, heavy snow etc), rescheduling will be attempted first, and refunds will be offered if no suitable reschedule is possible.

If the event is postponed, tickets will be valid for the new date.

Cancellations Policy 

Attendees who need to cancel due to illness may be eligible for a full refund if they provide a doctor’s note or proof of illness within 24-48 hours before the event.

Entry and Identification
Attendees must present valid identification and their event ticket at the venue for entry. The minimum age for attending any event will be specified on the ticket. If not mentioned it is suitable for all age groups.

If a ticket holder is found to be under the minimum age or presents an invalid ID, entry will be denied without a refund.

Behaviour and Venue Policies
Rhythm & Pulse maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward prohibited items, illegal substances, or inappropriate behaviour. Anyone in violation of these policies may be removed from the venue immediately without a refund.

The venue meets health and safety standards, including safe electrical setups and performance areas, and provide necessary facilities such as parking and refreshments.

Liabilities
Rhythm & Pulse will not be held liable for personal or financial damages, lost items, or injuries incurred during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk

Changes to the Event

Program Changes: Rhythm & Pulse reserves the right to change the program, speaker lineup, or schedule without offering refunds, as long as the event still takes place.

Venue Changes: In some cases, the event may change locations, and attendees typically are not refunded as long as the event is still happening.

Photography and Media Use
By attending, guests agree to be photographed or filmed, with the content used for future promotional materials unless they specifically opt out by informing the organisers.

There are no specific privacy laws prohibiting you from taking photographs apart from a location where your subject might reasonably expect privacy. It would not be reasonable to take a photo of an unwilling subject.

Subject to the exceptions in Clause 6 of these Terms and Conditions, all content included on the website, unless uploaded by users, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of Rhythm & Pulse, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. 

By continuing to use the website you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable United Kingdom and International intellectual property and other laws. 

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion reuse material from the website unless otherwise indicated on the website or unless given express written permission to do so by Rhythm & Pulse.
